Animals

Only certified service animals or service animals in-training for guests with disabilities are allowed in the arena. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

Elevators/Escalators

Elevators are located next to the main entrance, the suite entrance, and the Club entrance. There are no escalators at NOW Arena.

Hearing/Visual Assistance

Assistive listening devices (personal headsets) are available at Guest Services. A valid photo ID is required for use. Sign language interpreter services are also available free of charge. Please contact the box office at (847) 649-2270 and note that a two-week notice is required.

Wheelchair Escorts

For liability reasons, the NOW Arena does not provide wheelchairs or wheelchair escorts. Any guests with mobility issues are advised to make arrangements accordingly including renting a wheelchair from a third-party vendor.

• NOW Arena is located at 5333 Prairie Stone Parkway, Hoffman Estates, IL 90192.
• From the East: Take I-90 West (the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway) to the New Sutton Rd. (Route 59) exit and go straight. The building will be on your right.
• From the West: Take I-90 East (the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway) to the New Sutton Rd. (Route 59) exit. Turn left onto New Sutton Rd. and go north to the next traffic light. At the light, make a left turn into Hoffman Boulevard. The building will be on your right.

A valid ID (State ID, Driver's License, or Military ID) is required for the purchase of alcohol if you appear to be 30 years of age or younger. The service limit for events is 2 alcoholic beverages per transaction. Alcohol service cut-off is made at the beginning of the 4th quarter for G League games.

NOW Arena ATMs are located next to Hot Ticket Grill across from Section 104/105, near Guest Services by Section 111/112, and next to the Concessions across from Section 118/119.

NOW Arena has implemented a Clear Bag Policy. A maximum size clear bag of 12"x6"x12" is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or childcare bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5”x6.5.

Guests are permitted to bring personal cameras (see specifications below). For all other events, the camera policy is determined on an event-by-event basis by the tour management. For up-to-date information on the camera policy for the specific event you are attending, please visit the show's information page listed here a few days before the event or e-mail your inquiry to info@nowarena.com.

If allowed, cameras will be inspected at designated turnstiles and must be 53mm or less, disposable or digital with a lens no more than 6 inches in length and 4 inches wide (anything greater than this is considered professional equipment and is not permitted). Selfie sticks are not allowed in the arena for any event.

There is one First-Aid station at NOW Arena staffed with Village of Hoffman Estates EMS for select events. The First-Aid station is located on the Main Concourse near Section 112. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify a NOW Arena Guest Services Representative. The NOW Arena staff is trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.

Dining Options

Levy Restaurants have curated a collection of Chicagoland's best dining options accessible to every guest that walks through the gates. 

Outside Food/Beverage

Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the arena.

Gates generally open 1 hour prior to events and games. Family shows may vary. For a specific gate opening time, please visit the show's event page.

NOW Arena intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. Our family atmosphere prohibits foul or abusive language, and any violation of these policies may result in ejection. Guests with obscene or indecent clothing or who are seemingly intoxicated will not be granted access into the arena.

Guest Services are located outside section 111 on the concourse.

NOW Arena rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined. 

If you have lost an item during an event, please visit Guest Services outside section 111. After an event you may call (847) 649-2270 Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please leave a voicemail with the item description, date it was lost, and your contact information.

All official NOW Arena parking lots are conveniently located off of Pratum Ave., Prairie Stone Parkway, and Hoffman Blvd. For information and directions, visit our Parking & Directions page. Vehicle assistance is available if you parked in an official NOW Arena lot. Please stop by Guest Services or the main entrance for assistance.

• Purses and diaper bags (will be inspected by security)
• Binoculars and cell phones (subject to security inspection)
• Guests are permitted to bring banners, signs, and flags to games and special events, however they may not obstruct the view of any other guests. Under no circumstances are banners, signs, or flags permitted to be affixed to a stick or pole. This policy is subject to change based on requests from the attraction or promoter.

NOW Arena Premium Seating areas feature 67 suites, 43 on suite level and 24 on the concourse level and the Club on the concourse level. To inquire about renting or leasing a suite, please visit our Suite Rental page.

• Video recorders, audio recorders, or other similar electronic devices
• Signs, posters, or messages on any garment with explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization directed toward any person
  • Determination of appropriate messaging is at sole discretion of NOW Arena
• Fireworks
• Laser pointers, laser products of any type, or whistles
• Poles/ Selfie Sticks
• Backpacks, large bags, or sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for performers)
  • Maximum bag size allowed is 14"x14"x6"
• Animals except for service animals
• Bottles, cans, or coolers
• Outside food or beverages (exceptions are made for medical reasons, baby food, and reasonable children's snacks such as crackers, raisins, juice boxes, etc.)
• Alcohol, marijuana, or other federally prohibited drugs
• Outside noisemakers
• Any professional camera device with a lens larger than 6 inches
• Weapons including firearms, bats, knives, Tasers, or anything the NOW Arena staff deems dangerous 
  • In accordance with the Illinois' "concealed carry" law and the right for private entities to ban handguns on their premises, firearms and other weapons of any kind (including sticks, poles, etc.) are strictly forbidden on the premises of NOW Arena.
• Bikes, skateboards, hover boards, or any other wheeled device unless medically necessary

NOW Arena reserves the right to confiscate any item deemed unacceptable. The arena will not store any of the aforementioned items.

Re-entry into the arena is prohibited during all events.

The resale or attempted resale of tickets at a price higher than the printed value is ground for seizure and cancellation of the ticket without refund or other compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, lost, stolen, or counterfeit are void. Tickets are NOT redeemable for cash. NO REFUNDS-NO EXCHANGES. EVENT, DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Restrooms are located on all levels.

All seating in the arena is assigned; guests should retain their ticket throughout the event and be prepared to show their ticket when entering the specific seating area. There are no specific seat locations reserved upon purchase of General Admission seating, which is first come first served.

Backpacks and Bags

Personal sized backpacks and bags are allowed into the arena, but only after inspection by NOW Arena security at entry. Please keep in mind that the Fire Department requires any items deemed to be oversized, "if it cannot be comfortable stowed under your ticketed seat without obstructing the aisle." If the item is oversized, it cannot enter the facility.

Entry Inspections

NOW Arena security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of metal detectors, the search of jackets, clothing, and other items.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the arena, including vapor electronic cigarettes. 

NOW Arena does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on the premises.

We do not have a coat check for any shows and strollers are not allowed inside NOW Arena.

Children

Children 2 years and above are required to have a ticket to enter the arena. If under 2 years, the adult will be allowed to have one child sit on his/her lap. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will require a ticket. Contact the box office at (847) 649-2270 for show-specific information.

Lost, Stolen, and Counterfeit Tickets

NOW Arena can only guarantee the validity of event tickets purchased from www.nowarena.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Fans who obtain tickets from unauthorized dealers or from other fans run the risk of buying lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets which will not be honored for admission, and will not be eligible for any type of refund or exchange.

Mobile Ticketing

You now have the convenience of using your smartphone as your game ticket. You no longer need to bring your physical tickets to the game. This includes season tickets and single game tickets purchased online or forwarded by email through authorized outlets.

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office, at www.nowarena.com, or at www.ticketmaster.com. The Box Office accepts cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Checks are not accepted. 

Ticket Scalping

Selling of tickets on NOW Arena property is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted.

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found intoxicated at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
