FAQ's

Mobile Ticketing

Tickets for all events at NOW Arena can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets must be added to a phone's digital wallet for entry. Screenshots will not work for entry. If your group members are not arriving together, their tickets must be transferred to them and added to their phone's digital wallet.

Clear Bag Policy

NOW Arena has implemented a Clear Bag Policy. A maximum size clear bag of 12"x6"x12" is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or childcare bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5”x6.5".

Can I bring food or drink to NOW Arena?

NOW Arena does not permit outside food & beverages into the arena. Concessions are available for purchase during most events.
